Refund policy

We really think you’ll love Faithful Chemistry, but if you don't, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may request a refund on any item purchased from faithfulchemistry.com within 30 days of receipt. While return shipments are typically not required, shipping fees on your original order are not refundable. For orders that qualified for free-shipping, a flat $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To request a refund, please email us at info@faithfulchemistry.com with your order number and reason for your request. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. We will also notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping by carriers. However, if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please email us at info@faithfulchemistry.com within 48 hours, enclosing your order number, details of the error and photos of the product and packaging. This helps us resolve issues faster with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your package, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbours, and allow up to 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark parcels as delivered before they arrive.

If you still can't locate your package, contact us and we'll help investigate with the shipping carrier.

For orders containing two or more units of the same item, we may ask you to return the unused units before issuing a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, or to issue a partial refund, where we identify a pattern of excessive or abusive requests. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
